Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and carrier service.We may use UPS, DHL, or other tracked carrier services depending on the destination and available shipping method.

1. Processing Time

Generally it takes 1-3 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.

2. Delivery Time

We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

3. Change of Delivery Address

NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

4. Order Tracking

If you have already registered on tintnut.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have an account on tintnut.com, you can view order and shipping updates from your account. You may also track your shipment through our Track Your Order page using your order number or tracking number.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

6. Shipping Details

The possible customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs policies may vary by country. Please consult the customs office of your country for an accurate assessment. We currently only support shipping to the United States,Germany,Canada,Australia,United Kingdom and do not support shipping to other regions.

For orders below $69, $20 shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping on Germany,Canada,Australia,United Kingdom orders over $99.
For orders below $99, $30 shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Note:

Handling Days: The Handling Day tells you when a package leaves our warehouse.

Transit Days: The Transit Day is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Actual delivery dates may vary due to various factors such as shipping delays, weather conditions, etc.
